2. Services Description
Shulyn Studios provides content production services, including but not limited to:
- User-Generated Content (UGC) video production
- AI-powered content creation
- Podcast production and editing
- Short film production
- Photography services
- CGI advertisement production
- Content editing and post-production
- Social media content creation
- Content distribution and marketing services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
4. Orders, Payments, and Refunds
4.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay all fees associated with the services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required as specified in your order. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be provided if:
- Services are not delivered as specified in the order
- There is a material breach of our service agreement
- You cancel within the cancellation period (if applicable)
Custom or personalized content may not be eligible for refunds once production has begun. Contact us at studios@shulyn.com for refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
5.2 Our Content
All content produced by Shulyn Studios, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, and written materials, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Upon full payment, you may receive usage rights as specified in your service agreement.
5.3 Third-Party Content
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe upon third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights
- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with or disrupting our services
- Using automated systems to access our services without permission
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Collecting user information without consent
7. Service Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or profits
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shulyn Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit or provide to us
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
10.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at studios@shulyn.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Any outstanding payments will remain due
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shulyn Studios regarding your use of our services.
